Back?

How can it be that it has been so long. I feel like I blink my eyes, and another year has passed! I took some time off from creating TpT resources, to concentrate on my 15th year teaching, raising a tween and 9 year old, and helping my husband with his first year teaching 1st grade!

We are in the middle of summer, so I thought I would put up a quick resource my kiddos love to use: MatchIt! ABCs.

You can find it HERE

BOOST Sale tomorrow!!!

ENJOY!!!

New Products!

Hi there,

My sweet mom, the other half of this BLOG and our TpT store, spent 4 hours setting up the furniture in my classroom today.

She retired in June, and now has time to take a deep breath and help ME in August!!!

She is the brains with 40 years of ideas swimming her head, while I try to handle the technology aspect of TpT and blogging. I am hoping to teach her how to join us on the blog very soon...

OK! I put up 2 more products on TpT last night:

I am really excited about Mix a Pancake. I put in several lessons for the 1st grade poem, that is on the 1st Grade CCSS list. I have never even read this poem, before creating this product! Can't wait to teach in the fall to my first grade kiddos! The lesson plans are all Common Core aligned...strategies I learned at the I Teach 1st conference!

Number bonds are everywhere! Once again, I have never used the term in my classroom. However, they are related to Fact Families, so at least I do not feel totally lost. I created this lesson to help give a simple explanation and independent practice for kiddos to get the gist of number bonds.

Enjoy!
Carrie
